About Solis

Solis Mediation Center was established in 2021 by graduates of the mediation course at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation.

The practice of mediators of the "Solis Mediation Center" includes the settlement of disputes between state corporations and their contractors, between insurance companies and policyholders, between transport companies, between banks and their debtors, between buyers and sellers of commercial real estate, between foreign companies operating in Russia and their counterparties and Russian regulatory authorities.

Mediation is an effective tool for resolving disputes. A professional mediator may help the parties come to a solution to the conflict in one day. This is a much more beneficial tool for resolving a dispute than participating in a lengthy litigation.

Through mediation, parties to a conflict may maintain a working relationship and continue to pursue joint projects, or may peacefully end a collaboration which they have lost interest in.

A significant advantage of mediation over other methods of resolving conflicts is confidentiality - the dispute is resolved in a manner comfortable for the parties without the possibility of public disclosure of the details of the dispute.

Mediation is a process in which a neutral third party helps conflicting parties cooperate with each other and find a mutually beneficial solution.

Mediation is conducted by a person who is trusted by the parties. The parties independently choose a mediator.

A professional mediator is proficient in conflict resolution techniques, and his tasks include clarifying the factual circumstances of the case, identifying truly controversial issues and helping the parties in resolving these controversial issues.

The parties can terminate mediation at any time and proceed to the stage of considering the dispute in court.
