Konstantin managed various legal departments as the director for 16 years.
Konstantin works with legal issues in contract law (construction, trade, transport (shipments, cargo), medicine), insurance, real estate, bankruptcy of legal entities and individuals.
Over the past five years, Konstantin has specialized in cooperation issues arising between business entities, consulting on a wide range of legal issues, including the Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights, in bankruptcy procedures for legal entities and individuals and in resolving disputes out of court: through mediation.
Konstantin acts as a consultant and mediator in commercial disputes and disputes between individuals both among themselves and with organizations and bodies of all forms of ownership.
Konstantin is a member of the following organizations: ANO Agency for the Development of Non-Governmental Centers of Free Legal Aid "PRO BONO RUSSIA" (registered by the Ministry of Justice of Russia) as a consultant, speaker and lecturer; Far Eastern Chamber of Mediators and the Association "United Chamber of Mediators" as a mediator.
In 2000, Konstantin participated in an experiment to create municipal public order protection bodies as part of the interdepartmental commission under the Administration of the President of the Russian Federation. Konstantin was the host of the Insurance Law News column in the monthly journal Modern Insurance Technologies. From 2020 to 2022, he was deputy editor-in-chief of the Bulletin of Mediation in Eurasia journal. He is the author of publications on insurance law and mediation, as well as on special legal disciplines.
Konstantin taught civil law disciplines at the International Academy of Law and Entrepreneurship and a special discipline at the Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.
