Natalia began her career path in the United States of America back in 2003. She got her college degree in Business Management and continued her employment as a property manager of a hotel in New Hampshire.
After moving back to the Russian Federation in 2016, Natalia graduated from Chuvash State University with a degree in Jurisprudence.
In 2018, she graduated from Chuvash State Pedagogical University. She received a diploma as an English teacher.

After realizing how court system works and how busy it is in the Russian Federation, Natalia decides to become a mediator. In 2022 she graduated from the Russian State University of Justice (Russian Legal Academy of the Ministry of Justice of Russia) and becomes a trained mediator.
She is a member of Board of Professional Mediators at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Chuvash Republic.
