Natalia has two higher educations - in 2001 she graduated from the law faculty of the Moscow Institute of Internal Affairs of the Federal Border Guard Service of the Russian Federation in Moscow, in 2005 she graduated from the Faculty of Economics of the Higher School of Economics in Moscow.
