Sergey began working as a lawyer in the Bank of Russia system in 1996, and later graduated from the law and economics faculties of Tambov State Technical University. In 2009, Sergei defended his dissertation and received the academic degree of Candidate of Economic Sciences.

Sergey has many years of experience working in banks (Bank of Russia, commercial banks), financial and other organizations in various positions (from lawyer and business consultant to deputy chairman of the bank board and regional head of the Bank of Russia department).

Currently, Sergey is the head of the legal department of a financial company (Moscow) and practices negotiations, conflict resolution, pre-trial and judicial dispute resolution. Participates in procedures for debt restructuring and debt collection, settlement of business disputes and labor conflicts, as well as disputes regarding non-fulfillment of contractual obligations.

Sergey's work experience in the Bank of Russia (as a supervisory authority) and financial organizations (as supervised by the Bank of Russia) allows him to participate in resolving complex situations using knowledge of different positions in banking disputes.

The acquired knowledge and skills, implemented in extensive experience, provided Sergei with the opportunity to participate in the implementation of projects to optimize costs and structure of companies, as well as the implementation and improvement of individual business processes and effective interaction of structural divisions with the subsequent formation of an optimal system of employee motivation.

Sergei’s building of effective communication and interaction with partners and contractors is the basis for achieving set goals, including conflict resolution.

Sergey is focused on assisting in the application of the mediation procedure in resolving disputes in business and other economic activities and is also ready to resolve labor disputes.
